Your plan is sized by three things — AI tokens, monthly email volume, and contacts — plus team seats and a fair-use send rate. Every tier sends through our managed delivery infrastructure and includes the core feature set; higher tiers raise the limits and add HTML export and badge-free sending.
Every plan, the full product
The core product has no feature paywall. The AI Design Studio, automations, A/B testing, segments, forms, and managed sending are available on every plan, including Free. Between tiers, what changes is almost entirely capacity — plus a handful of paid-plan perks: automatic contact verification with a monthly allowance, HTML export, and badge-free sending, described below.

What's metered
Three things are metered on every plan. AI tokens power the AI features (generation, editing, image remix, brand scan, subject lines, automation chat) and reset at the start of each billing cycle. Your monthly email volume covers campaign and automation sends through our managed delivery infrastructure and also resets each cycle. Your contact limit caps how many people you can store and email. Paid plans add a fourth metered allowance: monthly contact verifications, drawn as imported contacts are auto-verified and reset each cycle like the others.
Paid-plan extras: verification, HTML export & badge-free sending
Automatic contact verification (all paid plans) checks imported contacts in the background and shields every send from invalid and risky addresses — see email verification for how the statuses and monthly allowance work. Two further plan flags sit alongside the metered limits. HTML export (all paid plans) unlocks Download HTML — the fully-rendered, CSS-inlined document your sends are built from — on template cards, in the Studio header, and on campaign pages, plus include=html on the templates API; see code & preview. On the Free plan, outgoing campaign and automation emails carry a small “Made with EmailFlow AI” badge in the footer; it's removed automatically — from your very next send — when you upgrade to any paid plan.
When you hit a limit
If you reach a quota — AI tokens, contacts, or anything else — EmailFlow AI shows a clear in-app prompt rather than failing silently or charging you. You're always in control of when to upgrade. Limits reset each cycle, so normal usage simply continues next month.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial? Yes — every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial (a card is required to start). The Free plan is free forever and needs no card, so you can explore at your own pace. See upgrading for details.
What counts against my quotas? Every email a campaign or automation sends counts toward your monthly email volume, alongside your contact count and AI tokens. All metered allotments reset each billing cycle.
Do sending and verification cost extra? No. Delivery through our managed Amazon SES infrastructure is included in your plan — there are no per-email fees and no third-party sending accounts to pay for. Every paid plan also includes a monthly contact-verification allowance (5,000 on Starter up to 100,000 on Enterprise) at no extra charge; the allowance resets each billing cycle.
