How upgrading works

Open your plan settings or follow an in-app upgrade prompt.
Pick the tier that fits your needs.
Confirm — your new limits apply immediately, and your AI tokens and contact limit adjust to the new plan.

Downgrading and changing plans

You can move between plans as your needs change. If you downgrade, your limits adjust to the lower tier — so it's worth checking that your contact count and usage fit before switching. Nothing about sending changes when you change tiers: it's bring-your-own-server and unlimited on every plan.
