Bring your own sending server

You connect your own sending provider — Amazon SES (recommended), SendGrid, Mailgun, Elastic Email, SparkPost, Blastengine, or any SMTP relay. Because you own the pipe, email sending is unlimited on every plan, including Free, and you pay wholesale rates (SES is about $1 per 10,000 emails). Connect a provider once, authenticate your sending domain for DKIM, and you're sending. Contact verification stays included and automatic — we handle that for you.

How EmailFlow AI is organized

The app groups everything into a few core areas: Templates (your designs and the gallery), Campaigns (one-time sends), Automations (ongoing flows), Audience (lists, subscribers, segments, and forms), and Brand (your logo, colors, voice, and the assets the AI uses). Account-level settings cover sending, deliverability, plans, and team members.
